Nigeria came back in full force but all their efforts couldn’t yield another goal. The match ended 1-1 90 minutes plus 5 minutes additional extra time.
This score line means Nigeria now occupies fifth place in their group C of six teams after three matches. The team has drawn all three of their matches in the 10-match qualifying competition.
