Operatives of the Intelligence Response Workforce hooked up to the Pressure Intelligence Bureau of the Nigeria Police Pressure, have arrested a Kuje jail escapee and 20 different suspected criminals on allegations of kidnapping, armed theft, culpable murder and unlawful escape from custody.

The suspects had been paraded on the FIB-IRT station in Abuja on Wednesday.

One of many arrested suspects, Abdulrazak Isah, is an escapee from the Kuje Correctional Facility throughout the assault on the ability by members of the Islamic State of West African Province on June 22, 2022.

Isah, aged 27, from Ondo State, was convicted to life imprisonment for the homicide of an Indian nationwide in 2013 and had spent about 10 years previous to his escape from the detention facility.

He was arrested at Tafa LGA of Kaduna State for stealing an iPad and a pc monitor from a lodge in Sabon Wuse, Niger State.

Additionally, 4 kidnap-for-ransom kingpins, Hamishu Galadima, aka Kan Wuka; Abdulwahab Alhassan, aka Emeka; Abdulwahab Ahmed aka Dan Mama and Hamidu Saleh, had been arrested in Bauchi for prison conspiracy, armed theft, kidnapping, and culpable murder.

They confessed to the killing of a retired Divisional Police Officer, CSP Garkuwa,  and a serving member of Bauchi State Home of Meeting, Musa Mante.

They famous that they killed Garkuwa as a result of for giving them powerful time whereas in service, and in addition claimed to have killed Honourable Mante over an alleged failed promise to drill boreholes in his constituency, and kidnapped three members of his household.

Eleven undergraduate college students, all male, who confessed to being members of the Neo-Black Motion popularly often called Black Axe or Aiye confraternity, had been arrested at Ekpoma, Edo State for involvement in cultism and unlawful possession of firearms.

The 11 college students are 22-year-old Okosun Pascal, 24-year-old Michael Ehineboh, 22-year-old Aneto Israel, 23-year-old Future Uhomogiwan, 20-year-old Bello Sunday, 27-year-old Eramoh Akhere,  22-year-old Osagie Adamson, 24-year-old Okoruwa Christian,  Edoghogho Wellington, all 9 from Esan LGA in Edo State, and 20-year-old Momoh Kingsley from Estako West LGA in Edo State, and 24-year-old Chukwu Chukwuemeka from Nkanu West LGA in Enugu State.
